We’re Laura and Heather—mother and daughter, business partners, and the team behind Balsam Interiors. Based in Aurora and serving the Greater Toronto Area, we specialize in home staging that helps properties stand out and sell faster.
Our shared love of real estate and interior design naturally led us into the world of home staging. Laura’s interest in the industry started while completing her Real Estate degree at the University of Guelph. With a strong understanding of the market and a sharp eye for design, she knows how to stage a home in a way that connects with today’s buyers and adds real value. Heather brings a wealth of experience in property management, and home renovation. Over the years, she’s staged and styled multiple personal properties, and she now brings that same thoughtful, hands-on approach to clients looking to maximize their home’s potential.
Together, we’re HSR Certified Home Stagers who blend fresh, modern design with practical strategies to highlight your home’s best features.
