During our in-home visit, we walk through your property together and provide expert, room-by-room recommendations to get your home ready for market.
Suggestions for paint, repairs, decluttering, furniture layout, and curb appeal
Tips on what to pack, keep, or rearrange for maximum impact
A detailed Home Preparation Plan is sent after the visit, summarizing all recommendations
A tailored Staging Proposal is created for a full-service staging day, including furniture and/or accessory rentals
Consultation fee is credited toward the staging package

Occupied Staging Day
Once the home is prepped according to the consultation plan, we return for a full-service staging day.
On-site staging uses a mix of the homeowner’s existing furniture and our curated selection of rental accessories, artwork, lighting, and small furnishings
Furniture rearrangement to improve flow, maximize space, and highlight key features
Professional accessory and decor rental for 30 days (with option to extend)
Starting at $2,500 + HST
